Redbourn Engineering offer a wide range of services from stamped components through to complete assemblies. Our press capacity ranges in size from 20 to 100 tons, all presses feature full tool protection and plc controlled servo roll feeds, ensuring component integrity is maintained at all times.

We can cater for clients' demands in a myriad of raw materials, from the more usual copper, brass, steel and aluminum through to custom manufactured inlay and composite materials and selectively pre-coated strips with silver and gold. Typical thickness of materials range from 0.20mm to 4.00mm, all supplied through our network of proven and established International material suppliers. Parts can be supplied machine finished, or with a variety of post process finishes including powder coating, electrophoretic painting, electro plated finishes including silver, gold, nickel, zinc and tin.

In addition to stamped components, we can offer full assemblies - whether this be stamped parts fitted with precious metal contacts, pressed parts assembled to machined components - Redbourn can offer a high quality cost-effective solution to your application.
